Enjoyed a delicious breakfast and had a great selection for lunch and dinner. The hotel's location was central and close to the biggest shopping mall. The backstreet foodie tour was a unique way to explore the local cuisine.

Couldn't believe they didn't have a plastic or metal spoon for my yogurt. What's the point of giving me yogurt without a spoon?

We could easily access the endless entertainment and shopping options under one roof, from the enchanting Dubai Museum exhibits to the exhilarating thrills at Ski Dubai and the glitzy nightlife spots including cool Irish pubs and stylish nightclubs.

My wife says that the hotel could enhance its family-friendly amenities with an indoor play area for kids.

The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a good variety of options. We loved the modern decor and cleanliness of the hotel. Despite a small issue with the air conditioning, the staff was prompt in resolving it and ensuring our comfort.

This hotel is situated in a great location, near the metro and in downtown. It's close to major attractions, which is perfect for tourists. The rooms have functional furniture and provide plenty of power points, making it convenient for charging devices. The breakfast served here is excellent, offering a wide range of delicious options to start the day.

Although there were a few minor issues, overall, everything was satisfactory.

Felt welcomed into the family, nothing was too much trouble.

Located close to metro stations, including one that can take you directly to Dubai Mall and other attractions, this hotel is a great base for exploring the city. The proximity to a mosque and other amenities is also a plus. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a good range of facilities on offer. The staff are friendly and helpful, and breakfast is a nice option to have in the morning.

While the rooms are comfortable, they do not come with small fridges, which may be an inconvenience for some guests.

I chose this hotel for attending a sales meeting, and I was impressed by the naturally lit meeting room, which provided a conducive environment for our discussions and presentations. The free shuttle service to key attractions and the delicious breakfast were definitely highlights of my stay.

The only service I missed for my work was the availability of a 24-hour business center for any urgent printing or scanning needs.

The hotel's decor was charming and comfortable, especially the cozy sitting areas with beautiful, colorful pillows that made me feel at home. The general areas were easy to navigate, and the accessibility for senior people was impressive, with wide hallways and handrails in the bathrooms, making it easy for us to move around with ease.

I would ask for better vacation for senior people, if only the children of the staff could provide more assistance with luggage.

I always choose this place for my stay. The staff helped me find parking when I first stayed. It suits me perfectly, with Wi-Fi, on-site car park, 24-hour reception, fitness studio. Coming back for Xmas!
